Refer a carer to BCP Carer Support

If you're working with a carer who you feel would benefit from information, advice or guidance, you can refer them to us using our secure online form.

If the carer's main need is register with BCP Carer Support, please consider registering them using the Carers Information Service Joining Form instead. If you do this on a carer's behalf, please make sure they have given their explicit consent for you to share their details with us and receive communications from the service.

Please be specific about what support the carer is looking for whether they're in crisis, need emotional or practical support, or are simply seeking information. This helps us understand what matters most to the carer and respond in a way that's timely and appropriate.

Please note, this form should be used for carers supporting someone in Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole only.
