Carers UK’s Digital Resource Platform
Did you know, NHS England is making Carers UK’s Digital Resource for Carers platform available to all carers in England.
The platform is packed with e-learning, factsheets, guides and tools to help carers manage their caring responsibilities. It covers areas such as health and wellbeing, practical support for carers, help with finances, and information on carers’ rights - including rights at work. Carers can also find out how technology and home adaptations can help with caring and get free access to Carers UK's care coordination app Jointly, to help organise care.
The Digital Resource for Carers platform is made available through NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). Each ICB covers a geographical area and has a unique access code that carers in that area can use to access the platform for free.
For carers looking after someone living in the BCP Council, or Dorset Council area, the code for Dorset's ICB is: DPCN9848
