We have two lodges offering breaks for carers: one in Devon and one in Weymouth. These breaks are for carers who support someone who pays Council Tax to BCP Council.

The purpose of these breaks is to provide carers with an opportunity to take a break from the demands of their caring role and focus on their own health and wellbeing.

Please note:

The holiday lodge season is now coming to an end, with the lodges closing for the winter period. As a result, we have temporarily paused new applications for holiday lodge breaks and removed the online application form.

If you have already submitted an application, there is no need to do anything further. We will contact you if we require any additional information.

Applications for holiday lodge breaks are currently paused.

As we approach the end of the current lodge season and the lodges close for the winter period, we are not currently accepting new applications.

The online application form has been temporarily removed while applications are paused.

There’s a £20 per night booking fee.

You’ll need to arrange and pay for your own travel and any trips while you’re there.

Most park facilities are free to use during the season. There’s a small charge for using the leisure facilities at the Weymouth lodge.

Breaks run from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.

The holiday parks and their facilities are open from March to October or November.

Pets aren’t allowed at either lodge.
